We at Envy Hair & Beauty offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair, we will redo it for free within 1 week of your original appointment.
Cancellation Policy – We request clients to endeavour to provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This will assist us in rescheduling your appointment. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
